When I feel the flu coming on I have found to take 1 drop onguard and 1 drop thyme in a swish of water every 15-20 minutes. THEN, I LOVE THIS PART, I found that when you get into a warm bath with oils is great, but the oils just float on the surface because they don't mix. Well, if you take about 1 cup Epsom salt and put in a bowl, run your bath water warm, then add your oils to the Epsom salt, (I add 3or 4 drops onguard, 3 or 4 drops thyme, 3 or 4 drops white fir for the body aches, white fir is awesome for body aches, 3 or 4 drops ginger for nausea, and submerge myself up to my neck in the warm bath, soak for 40 minutes, which I know is hard to do with children, but IS REALLY IMPORTANT AND WORTH IT!!) Laura Jacobs says when she feels flu coming on, if she catches it at the very beginning, she can take 1 drop thyme every 15 minutes and ward it off, so I started adding it to my onguard and am very pleased. Flu can last only a half a day using this bath and swish and swallow method for me anyway. Hope that helps.

My husband and I woke up sicker than we have ever been! Vomiting and diarreah at the same time, yuck!!
I've been putting flu bomb on our feet and digest zen on our stomachs. Anything else I can try?
My stomach muscles ache badly, my butt hurts from wiping so much (sorry-TMI) and I feel like I haven't slept in 1000 years. It wouldn't be such a huge deal but we have 4 kids and no family close to help.
