Someone told me they are changing the product numbers from 4 digit to 6 digit (or something like that). I had trouble adding melaleuca to an enrollment order. But after I poked around for a few minutes I noticed it was in the selection list twice--I picked the one with the longer product number and it worked. I'm sure they'll have this kink worked out soon, but in the meantime I hope that helps.
