Going with your comment, yes, this is actually a wonderful business problem. And, yes doTERRA is addressing it as quickly as they can. They have hired more people but then "we" all comment and complain that the people aren't trained who answer customer service calls, etc.
-- So while it does take a little longer to get our products, just plan that into your time frame for awhile. Have you noticed that some LRPs will now process every other Sundays? I think it's a little surprising that doTERRA is working on Sunday a couple of times a month, but that's how committed they are at serving us and getting us our products.
Sit back and love that this is a fabulous indication that doTERRA is growing like crazy, that we have fabulously amazing products that people love and want (like us), and that doTERRA will hit the billion dollar benchmark faster than any other company ever has! With that comes growing pains, and that's what we are experiencing right now. That's why even though they moved into a new building last January, they're building yet another new building now to be opened sometime next year. They see the growth and are "peddling as fast as they can" to keep up, all the while building an amazing building to take care of us. It takes a lot to run a business, especially a business like this, and especially when it's growing much, much faster than they could have anticipated! It's all good, it's a wonderful business problem.
