[Everything doTERRA] Re: No Family Physician Kit?!

 

I think all of these are GREAT comments, but I think this forum can not do anything about the concerns.  To ask about it on here is kind of a hard thing.  It needs to go to doterra and if all of you who are having an issue contact doterra, which is who and where it can be fixed, they will know it is an issue for you.  The rest of us can do nothing about it.  Although I love this forum, when someone needs info or help like this, the correct place to take all of this sort of thing is doterra.  Our hands are tied, so when someone says "can anyone tell me why my order hasn't shipped", or stuff like that, that needs to go directly to doterra.  We are not there and cannot help solve your problem with that.  We love helping and helping means solving problems and helping to get answers, but this type of subject cannot be addressed here because we are not part of the problem or part of the solution.  We want you to get help very much, so please contact doterra and make sure your comments get to the right person when you call (just ask, they have great customer service)  I know you will get help if you address it to the area it needs to go.  Everyone who has this concern, please contact doterra and tell them you would like it to be on the menu, just say backordered.  Who knows, with enough feedback, maybe that is what they will do!!  But, if all of us just take it back and forth, that is not effective.  Just my thoughts, and thank you for sharing, and I do hope you get answers.  We all do.
