Frankincense under the occipital (base of the brain) and over the Thymus (between the breast on the breast bone), Basil on the Mastoid bone and tap your thymus at least twice a day ( place or ground one hand by placing it on the body) with the other hand tap, firmly, three-ten times, the sternum over the Thymus.

From a friend:" I was diagnosed with Meniere Disease and have some issues with it. I have the initial tinnitis and ear fullness but the other stuff is brain fog and a little dizziness.
