[Everything doTERRA] Re: little guy

You could make a roller bottle with the POOFL recipe. If you were making it for someone who can swallow capsules you would do 4 drops Peppermint, 3 Drops Oregano, 2 Drops On Guard, and 1 Drop Frankincense, then fill with Lemon (about 4 drops) Now I would probably put 5 times the dosage into a roller bottle and roll enough onto the bottoms of the feet of your little one every 3 hours that would equal about 1/8 of the bottle. Not quite an adult dose but enough. Good luck, I just killed a bad cold/flu with this in 2 days! I Love these oils.

my little guy  (just turned 5) is coming down with a pretty bad cold.  I have been putting onguard on his feet, spine and neck all day as well as diffusing it.  I gave him the LLP mix hoping this would help clear up his stuffy nose some so he could breathe but it has not helped.  I have tried breathe, eucalyptis and purify at different times throughout the day on his nose and sinus areas but this has also not helped.  What else should I be doing?  Can I give him a bath with epsom salt and oils and if so, what and how would I do it and how would it help.  He is getting sicker by the minute so I want to stay on top of this so he doesn't continue to get worse.

Thank you
