My family does not have a diet high in Omega3 and I give my children fish oil supplements and have used the IQ Mega oil. I have done a bit of research and it seems as if no matter how pure fish oil is, it will always have metals in them. I guess I could give cilantro daily to help leech out the metals...but why put them in the body knowingly anyway?
I have read that Clary Sage oil has a good amount of Omega3. But everywhere that I can find, the oil for that comes from the seed itself. I thought I had read somewhere that doTERRA gets their Clary Sage EO from the leaves of the plant? Can anyone help me on this topic?
