[Everything doTERRA] How to kill weevil in food storage

Hi, 

I keep getting weevil in my flour and believe I may have it in my food storage room that keeps contaminating my food. I have tried freezing my flour after buying it then I put it in a Rubbermaid food bin and I still get weevil in it. Is there some oils I can diffuse in the room or spray to help?
