[Everything doTERRA] Hand injury, poor circulation

My daughter-in-law injured her right hand about 9 weeks ago trying to separate two dogs.  One dog bit her hand and nearly completely severed her little finger.  "My right pinky.  Almost completely severed, irregular fracture.  The doctor sewed the ligament, nerve, and vein on the top side of the finger back together.  He also put two pins in my finger for about 9 weeks.  Now, I'm supposed to massage my scar tissue (it's clinging to the bone) . . . The doctor didn't say what the specific problem is.  He just said I've had poor circulation throughout the process (veinus [venous?]) return was severely reduced."  She is apparently being told she needs to have the finger amputated in December.

She is in Minneapolis, Minnesota and I am in Orem, Utah, so I am not much help.  She is asking for recommendations for a "good Chinese medicinist".   Is there an IPC from the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area on this forum who might be able to advise her?

And to others, is there anything you know of that might help restore circulation to her finger?  Any and all comments are appreciated.
