When my kids start getting sick I use on guard on their feet and oregano on their feet.. I have a 2 year old I use basil instead of oregano on. They do one drop on each foot as often as every 15-20 mins, all day. I use peppermint on the forehead or for those that can't take it.. On the back of the neck is a great place too. For any tummy issues I use digest zen, again as often as every 15-20 mins. For cough.. I like to use eucalyptus on the back and chest, it opens the airways quite nicely and slows, if not stops, the cough.. Also gargling or drinking water with on guard helps too, if you can get them to do it. Breathe will help with colds too.. Same thing back and chest. To prevent them.. I diffuse on guard every time we are in the dining room.. Which is often.. I start it and let it run its hour... The last cold my kiddo got lasted all of one day... I have to give credit to the diffusing since the on guard was already in his system. I hope this helps!
