[Everything doTERRA] Cold/Flu

Hi,

I have a horrible flu that I can't seem to shake. My little boy got it first but after one day and night of using and diffusing On Guard and Breathe he is right as rain again.  I seem to be getting worse everyday which I'm sure is due to the stress and exhaustion I've had for the past few weeks.  I've been using the flu bomb, on guard, breathe as well as supplements and fresh juices but nothing seems to be helping. I have sinus pain, cough, extreme fatigue, aches, runny nose etc. I've been trying to find my own answers instead of bothering you guys but am finding it a bit overwhelming with all the many different suggestions.  Unfortunately my naturopath with the Zyto is an 1 1/2 away and I'm just not well enough to get to her.  With two little kids I really need to beat this thing.
