Just as a note regarding Wild Orange for insomnia. If you are going to try it make sure it is on a night where you don't have to be up early the next day, like a weekend. Wild Orange is unique in that it works for insomnia for some but is energizing for others. Most of the people I know who have tried it have had the energizing effect so this is one I recommend with caution.
