That is actually a good idea. I will try that. I have mentioned the oils to her - hopefully in a non-demanding way. I didn't tell her I was posting this and haven't pushed the oils except to encourage her to talk about them with her OB (who I think is familiar with them) But it is so hard to have something that will help her and hear her cry for help and yet so afraid of ANY help - traditional or otherwise. I actually thinks she wants to use them but you are right, I won't push... not easy watching a friend struggle through this.

I am close to her enough to know that she would say no if she didnt want some help but she is weeping and pleading for relief from the anxiety and yet the same anxiety is keeping her from any kind of relief.  I would appreciate any insight...
