My son had asthma issues and respiratory issues and he would be on breathing treatments (5/day) and oxygen. anyway, we found that rubbing lime on topically with the breathe really was a breakthrough if you have a more serious issue. Lime helps a great deal.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] I need help with Asthma
I have had asthma all my life, I'm now 60. I want to get off QVar (beclomethasone dipropionate). I did the 3 week candida cleanse and have stayed off all white flour. I eat very little white sugar, just the amount that comes in my coffee creamer. I'm rubbing Lemon, Eucalyptus, and Frankincense on my chest twice a day, and using Breathe. I tried getting off the meds after the candida cleanse and that lastest about 4 days until I couldn't take the stress of not breathing well and found myself using my rescue inhaler 2-3 times a day. I need help. Who is using something that works for them? Thank you, Jeanie
