[Everything doTERRA] Re: Shingles

I don't know about protection but a friend of mine made the spray mix recommended on everythingessentials.me and gave it to her MIL to ease her shingle pain.  It worked so effectively and quickly she was amazed.  She is taking the capsules internally as well.  Go on that site and look up shingles!
