[Everything doTERRA] Re: Might have lost a customer - flat shipping rate

People do complain about it, but I usually say that they have super
fast shipping, and I love it because I always know how much shipping
is going to be. And, especially with new people, it takes the guess
work out of their shipping. I can quote them a price and know exactly
what it will be. I think it is 8.99 for $1-$99, $9.99 for $99-$199,
etc. Usually when i explain it that way, people understand. Besides,
if doTERRA had to weigh each package, can you imagine how long it
would take and the extra people they would have to hire to keep up
with all of the shipments?!
