[Everything doTERRA] Re: Help for a toddler with possible migraine or seizure activity?

Absolutely agree with frankincense and definitely DDR Prime.  Although I'm not sure how I would get a 2 year to ingest that.  Maybe in a cup of juice.  Either way it needs to be taken 2x daily internally as a preventative measure and hopefully healing as well.  Good luck!

This is from a friend -- I'm thinking the aromatouch treatment may help, but other suggestions are most welcome.  Thanks for your help.

My son is 27 months...we have quite a history with him...infant reflux, many food intolerances, Sensory Processing Disorder, benign external hydrocephalus-which has caused some mild gross motor skill delay-no need for a shunt though, as the fluid is outside of the ventricles.

Last summer we experienced an episode with him following a viral illness that resulted in him having loss of balance. This went on for about 3.5 weeks, and it seemed as if he was experiencing vertigo if you watched him closely. The symptoms would lessen after cranial-sacral therapy. It completely resolved, and the doctors thought it was most likely post-viral labyrinthitis. But then it happened again in autumn...same duration...symptoms looked the same...but there was no illness prior this time around. An EEG was done, which showed very mild seizure activity. A follow up MRI of his brain and spine was normal, thankfully!

So...there may be seizures happening (just not sure as there is variability in terms of who reads the EEG-another doctor may say there is no seizure activity). An ENT feels that he may be experiencing some form of migrane-like silent migranes with the aura/vertigo. We have not seen any additional episodes since this past autumn
