I wassup wearing citrus bliss & balance like perfume, behind my ears & on my chest and developed the same thing. It was my body saying too much! I discontinued using oils on those areas & cut down to 2 applications per day (instead of 4 or 5) and after about 2 weeks it completely cleared up. I haven't had a problem since. Good luck!
