[Everything doTERRA] aromatouch and after effects

Hi there, just a question about after effects related to receiving an aromatouch session.
I had the treatment yesterday afternoon and this morning I woke up with a sore on my knee that had not been there the night before. I'm thinking it is something that is trying to leave my system via my skin but would love some ideas as to why exactly this may have happened.
