If you search the past messages in this group, you will see tons and tons of emails about hives. You are most likely detoxing and you need to go through the recommended detox... GX assist for 10 days, PB assist for 5 days, once a month. You need to look at your diet, eat more tree ripened, vine ripened foods and cut out as much sugar as you can. There is an excellent webinar by Allen Richardson (I posted it on my blog) about detox. The best 1 hour I invested in myself. I have hives. I could talk to you all year about them. Not fun! They are fewer and easier to deal with, now that I know what to do.
To help the itching, Laura Jacobs suggested Myrrh or Coriander with coconut oil. I have been using the Myrrh ever since and WOW, finally something that doesn't throw my into deeper detox, I love it!
