Re: [Everything doTERRA] sinus pain possibly related to past smoking

Cara,

I just use the Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint, and FCO, equal drops mixed together and apply it  across the bridge of my nose and to my sinuses. It can cause the eye to be sensitive for a few minutes, so I plan it for when I can lean back and close my eyes.

Hi all,  I need some help brainstorming... I have a lady who is really interested in doTERRA to help her with constant sinus pain/pressure.  She quit smoking about 4yrs ago; while she was smoking she got sinus infections regularly.  Since she quit, it hasn't been as bad, but she still has pain/pressure almost constantly.  She's had allergy workups and they didn't find anything (plus, it isn't seasonal, and she doesn't eat dairy).  She is wondering if it might be scar tissue or something similar, left over from the years of smoking.  We tried Breathe, Rosemary, and Lime on her forehead and cheek bones.  She noticed some immediate relief, but that night she woke up to the worst sinus headache she'd had in awhile!  Since then, she's tried Breathe a few times, but it hasn't had the immediate effect she remembers.  Any help/suggestions would be welcome!  Thanks!!
