I have been using on-guard on a regular basis for almost two years.  I haven't had a flu shot nor has my 10 year old grandson, and we are flu "free".  My grandson is exposed on a daily bases to viruses at school, and comes home sometimes feeling like he is getting something, and we start a full blown on-guard regiment.  So far he hasn't had the flu, only a few sniffles that last only a few days, and to date has not been sick as he was before doTERRA oils.  We love doTERRA!  Liz
