Ok, I tried the phytoestrogene last year when they came out and then seemed to make me more irritable than usual, so I stopped. After watching the video of the lady, at convention, talking about how much better she felt after taking them, I thought I would give it another try.
Ahhhhhhh! It's not working! I am soooo dang irritable, mean, sarcastic when I take these. (Jon keeps asking what's wrong with me. and each time he asks me that, I just wanna slap him!) I won't, but I really want to!) I've only taken them for 2 days, so no more today.
I'm trying to figure out why I have this kind of reaction to these supplements. Has anyone else experienced this?!?! Please let me know. It's crazy!!
