Re: [Everything doTERRA] phytoestrogene

I read somewhere that thyme and geranium may be some oils that help increase progesterone levels.

Kendra, thank you for posting this. I'm tellin ya, I think I'm going crazy from what I am feeling after taking the supplements! And I have been taking supplements for a long time.  I have 8 children & going through now what the Doc thinks is Endo.

I use Rosemary, Cypress, Lemongrass, Frankincense, Cinnamon, and Solace every single morning to no avail.

I just think I am one big Estrogen bag!  He has tried to put me on a micronized progesterone pill for about 10 months now with me refusing.  I am running out of pain tolerance now & patience.

I have been taking Phytoestrogen for about a week now and i am usually very mild mannered when it comes to disagreeing with hubby, this past week he is looking at me like, "who the heck are you?"

In the past I have tried a "natural" progesterone cream with much success but didn't like some of the ingredients.  And I have tried a progesterone oil (won't name it here :). With excellent success also but stopped that one to try the Phytoestrogen.

I am in my 13 th year of homeschooling & I really need something to balance out my hormones.

Didn't mean to rant.  Hopefully there are some other opinions out there. :)
