Ok Dang!  Iol!  Ok Pat just be quiet!  I think I might have been overdosing on the phytoestrogene!  I'm not even going to say how many I was taking!

I've been so mean to Jon! oh no!  I'l try just 1 a day!

Ahhhhhhh!  It's not working!  I am soooo dang irritable, mean, sarcastic when I take these. (Jon keeps asking what's wrong with me. and each time he asks me that, I just wanna slap him!) I won't, but I really want to!)   I've only taken them for 2 days, so no more today. 

I'm trying to figure out why I have this kind of reaction to these supplements.  Has anyone else experienced this?!?!  Please let me know.  It's crazy!!
