My experience with cinnamon has been thru a dear friend and it has been profound
30 years ago her appendix literally explode, she was 17 when it happened and they treated her by flushing her abdomen with many quarts of hydrogen peroxide
She has a huge incision and has had horrible pain ever since her diet is very limited and she has been working very hard over the years to heal
using various excellent health products to detox and restore her health. She has had very slow and very small progress
Her diet is extremely limited and she is held hostage in her home in that she many days can not leave for fear of not making it to the ladies room fast enough

I add a drop to my morning smoothie and also use it in making chocolate. Haven't needed to use it for anything medicinal yet. Just put a drop in some homemade applesauce last night. Yum! Warning - it's strong. One drop is plenty for a very large serving.
