Also when there is dizziness or other complications from the supplements just cut them in half.

1. My milk supply was decreasing. This is my 5th baby so I generally know what to do when that happens (rest, decrease stress, mothers milk tea, eat a steak haha). This time those things weren't helping. So I thought perhaps the peppermint in the xeomega. I kept taking the CRS and VMZ, and stopped taking the omega ones. And my milk supply returned with a vengeance. Baby is now gulping and swallowing milk and much happier. 2. One of my IPCs gave some vitamins to a friend who has IBS and arthiritis. Her reaction to taking the vitamins was negative in their minds, sort of a detox sort of reaction. I personally did not have this when I began taking them. Did this happen to anyone else? What should I tell her?
3. I have given the vitamins to a friend at church with significant health issues and has seen good results except for one -- he says when he takes the vitamins he is dizzy. Dr. Tory Parker says that dizziness is a result of enlarging of the blood vessels and the vitamins would not cause that I think. But perhaps he should cut the dose in half? Any thoughts? Anyone else experience this?
