If your son can swallow a capsule,try 2 drops each of lemon, lavender and peppermint, then fill the rest of the capsule with FCO. If the allergies bother his sinuses, using this same combination on the sinuses externally is a huge help. He will need to keep his eyes closed fo about 10 minutes because the peppermint vapors can make the eye(s) water. Be careful to not get any in his eyes. If that "should" happen, plain FCO in the eyes takes way the sting.
