In a recorded webinar a long time ago Laura Jacobs told a very
moving story about a friend with a very clingy child that she put
patchouli and bergamot on that almost immediately stopped clinging and
being anxious. I would try that combination (she used it on the bottom
of her feet) and I'd try Balance. I would also add the new chewable
vitamins and liquid XeOmega.
In middle school my youngest started having anxiety issues. We
diffused Balance (frankincense also works but she didn't like the smell)
in the morning before school and right after and we saw a dramatic
improvement. Try those two and see what happens. If one seems more
effective than the other than perhaps you could get a roller ball you
both could take with you or a pendant. The two pendents I like are the
ones that are clay or the little bottle that actually diffuses vs the
ones that just are bottles around their necks. To find one small enough
you might have to message someone who makes them on etsy or just make
one yourself, it is really easy, most craft stores sell red or white
clay (don't use FIMO or other synthetic ones).
