My experience has been if u use a steroid while trying something natural it makes ur detox worse! When u detox everything comes out and once u use the steroid it tries to push it all back in and now once again u are trying to flush it out! I hav had a couple clients go thru this... If it were me I would do a fast or juice cleanse, it's alot harder for a few days but u get the results quicker! I use MLis... I love doterra but MLis is 7 days instead of 15 and alot more specific, not everyone can handle it but I love it especially with my oils!!
