[Everything doTERRA] Re: help with sons allergies

Thank you for your help!  I have been doing the LLP mix with him at night, swishing it with some water and the swallowing it.  Would he get the same results with putting the mix in a capsule like you suggested?  He really does not like the taste so that would be easier.  Do you know if you can make a nasal spray or would it not be any more benificial...
