What if it isn't effective though? I am so torn on this. An article
on PubMed.gov says "Vitamin D2, or ergocalciferol, should not be
regarded as a nutrient suitable for supplementation or
fortification." http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17023693 and
another article http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=18406498.
Actually if you look under the ingredients in Flintstones, it is D3.
Like in the article above, it says only a few countries are still
using D2. It's not like I have to buy doTERRA's vitamins though.
That's the beauty of the free market. I just wish they would change
them so that I could buy them and get more points every month AND I
love the Alpha CRS and Super food blend in them! If they would just
tweek the other part, these would be the ultimate!! Maybe some day.
