point person and often it isn't very tactful!

"We appreciate your inquiry. doTERRA's product development team is
familiar with the article you linked and appreciates your feedback.
Though the article contained incorrect and misleading information,
they were correct that a minute amount of cyanide is formed when the
body converts cyanocobalamin to methylcobalamin. The amount produced
is so small that there is no risk of harm. Every cell in the body can
quickly convert cyanide to a harmless molecule. Both forms of B12 are
equally well absorbed and equally effective in the body. However,
doTERRA will take your concern into consideration in future versions
of A2Z Chewable should we make formulation changes."
