All of the post convention tour events are free and all of them do not require a registration. It is very difficult to estimate the number of attendees in a large area (such as Seattle) especially when you have a star like Dr. Hill coming :). In such situations it is difficult to find a location 1) on a short two-week notice, 2) that has ample and hopefully free parking, 3) somewhat central to everyone and 4) that is somewhat easily accessible from the major freeways AND that isn't too big so that you waste doTERRA money on the venue and yet has ample seats for everyone. So, we decided to go with an Eventbrite registration to help us make sure we would be able to accommodate everyone. The interest has exceeded our expectations which makes us delighted to have so many people in the area want to come and to bring friends and we are so happy to know now rather than the night of the event and have to turn people away because of not enough seats.
We have time to work with the venue to get more seats or change venues. The other advantage of having registrations is that we can easily notifiy everyone of any changes. So, if you have tried to register, give us a day or two and try again. You can come without registering but it helps if you do so we can make sure we have seats. How wonderful for doTERRA to bring these events to us and how exciting to see how many are excited about it!
