[Everything doTERRA] Mixing or applying layers of oils for sleep blend

I personally use several different oils for sleep/insomnia...I was previously on Rx Ativan (nerve pill prescribed for sleep)...I have not taken any meds for this in over a yr & probably more like 11/2yrs...it was not easy in the beginning b/c I had been taking meds for over 8yrs but I was determined to stop them so I pressed on:)

To answer your question when in doubt I ALWAYS layer! For insomnia in particular I have 3 main places I layer different oils, 1) Big toe/bottom of foot, 2) around navel and 3) over my heart/chest.
I typically use Vetiver (about 1 drop) on my big toes/bottoms of feet them depending on my intuition I also use 2 drops Wild Orange(navel& chest), 2 drops Balance(big toe& feet, sometimes navel), 4 drops Serenity (navel, chest &big toe), & 2 drops White Fir(navel)...on occasion I also may add 1 or more of the following oils (1-2 drops each) Roman Chamomile, Bergomot &maybe Sandalwood...I KNOW that sounds like a lot but its what has worked for me:) And hey lots of oils is WAAAAAY better than a pill any day in my opinion...hope this helps!
