When you have them fill out the IPC form and take it home to register them, do you then send the hard copy to corporate? It is necessary for corporate to have the paper?

People like to smell bottles. It's helpful to have oils for them to take home but you can do it without. Do a small drawing and qualify people before you let them sign up for it so your not just getting people who want free stuff. It depends on the cost of the fair as to if it's worth doing without oils. Inexpensive samples can be a good seller. If you can teach a classes there you will be set.
Applying EO on the back if the neck brings in a lot of people if it's legal in your state.
