I'm just starting a serious detox regimen (thanks, Pat Leavitt, for the advice at J Wongs), and my company's free flu shot clinic is happening this week. Somehow it doesn't seem like a good idea to be injected with a flu virus while I'm trying to cleanse. With daily OnGuard protection, does anybody think flu shots are warranted?
