I absolutely agree with Rochelle.  I would also add Geranium oil to the lavender and melaleuca oils.

oatmeal in a knee-hi pantyhose and tie it off.  'Drag' it back and
forth through her bath water - it will make the bath water milky
looking.  Let her bath at least 20 minutes.  I did this for both my
kids when they had chicken pox and it worked wonderful to keep the
itching down and we had no scarring.  After her bath, I would apply
melaleuca & lavender with fco to the rash (I would do a ratio of
1:1:4).  Both of these can be done as often as needed.
