I just had an Ablation early this year. All my horrific cramping is gone & my incredibly heavy flow is minimal. It is awesome! I can actually do things- in fact, anything! on those 2 days a month that I used to be confined to my bed! I have met many women who have had it & all of them have had similar, if not better (no flow) experiences. I had the Novasure & wanna kiss the doc every month when it hits me that I'm not going to have to take T3 just to get a minimal amount of relief! OF COURSE, that was pre-doTerra, but considering my quality of life now, compared to before, I don't know that I'd have changed my mind. It is wonderful to function every day of the month!

I do love Solace though & keep it in my bag at all times! I use it every day! Excellent oil blend & it is calming for me.
