Re: [Everything doTERRA] Newborn with Gas

First of all you have tried a lot of oils in three weeks. That alone could bother your baby. Use either Digest Zen or Ginger and use it consistently and not much at all. Literally touch the top of the bottle and rub it around the navel and the same on the bottom of the feet.

I have a three week old who has had a rough time of it. Since his
first week he has been having gas issues. I thought maybe it was what
I was eating, so I changed that. He then developed acid reflux and
started puking after every feeding. We have tried Wild Orange, lemon,
Digestzen, and Flaxseed Oil. All helped for a few days and the acid
reflux and puking has stopped, but he is still gets gas and grunts all
the time. He is not a fussy baby. He just looks like he is in pain
from the gas and the grunting is distrupting his sleep at night, plus
he looks like he is in pain. I was going to try gripe water but it
would seem our town doesn't have any. Are there any other oils or
recommendations we could try to help him relieve the gas and get a
better sleep at night? Thanks!
