before and during my cycle. I apply it to my ankles, my neck and my
abdomen/ovaries. The first time I used this was in Oct for my period
(and like many of you have stated as I age they have gotten MUCH
worse, debilitating cramping, 1-2 days of extremely heavy flow have to
go to bed it's so bad)...anywhoo I used it then for cramping and it
worked wonders! Also helped my mood (road/anything moving rage, lol)
as well as hormonal migraines.
I used it this week for the same purpose but I don't think I used it
often enough b/c it didn't work as well...but then I applied a lil
peppermint over it on my abdomen and it worked great! Even though it
wasn't as effective as the first couple of times I used it I do NOT
want to run out of Solace:) Love the women's products too...been
taking them since I got them as well. My body muscle tested for only
1/2 the recommended dosage though;)
Maybe I need to re-test myself and that's why this month was more
painful than the first time...hmmm I'm gonna do that...thanks for this
post b/c without it I might not have thought to retest the
supplements!:)
