[Everything doTERRA] Re: I am still looking for info cumadin & Blood thinners

Here is where I'm at with this topic - I was just diagnosed (through
blood tests) with elevated Factor VIII which puts me at risk for
venous thromboembolism AND I saw the blood clots physcially show up in
my LIve Blood Cell Analysis - reaches a different level of scary when
you can see them with your own eyes vs just being told :) I go to a
naturopathic physician and I told her I do NOT want to take cumadin
(well, the words were actually "I will not"). Plus, I'm anemic so the
cumadin is a double edge sword for me - break up clots AND thin my
blood more :) Through her, I found out the blood clots are attracted
to candida - which has been elevated for me but coming down with the
GX Assist - and form when your blood is 'slow moving' and they have
the opportunity to clump together - if your body's not moving then
your blood's not moving, aka, not doing enough cardio. My
'prescription' from her is to continue with my clean diet (no whites -
sugar, flour, rice, no soda pop and no artificial sweetners - except
stevia), step up the exercise (30+ minutes of cardio 5x/wk) and
continue with my 3rd round of the GX Assist/PB+ Assist. More blood
work in Dec & Jan and another LIve Blood Cell Analysis in Jan.

Through my own essential oil research, I am also taking a capsule 2x/
day (morning and evening) with 2 drops each - sweet fennel, clove,
thyme (from Modern Essentials book) and ginger (from my own research -
it has been shown to reduce the platelet 'stickiness' in test tubes).
Also, from my own research, I have found that clove (or any other high
eugenol oil) has been found to be a potent platelet inhibitor (again,
preventing the 'stickiness'). I think in general, the clove and
ginger are what I'm most hopeful using, but I'm covering my bases by
adding the sweet fennel and thyme :)

Whatever she chooses in the form of oils, keep in mind, diet and
exercise are just as important. The oils will not take care of
everything on their own, they only support the body taking care of
itself.

Oh, and of course, the LLV is always a recommend for whole body
support and healing.

Hope this helps,
Rochelle
