I take it in capsules 5 drops, 5x/day- not problem and I still get wonderful results. And, I've put it on my stomach externally and been fine- only I didn't like smelling like Slim & Sassy all day so I went to the capsules. :) I've not put it on the bottom of my feet, but it can't hurt. These oils are incredible and know what areas in our bodies need addressing and which areas they need to go to work most effectively.

I have also done this with Frankinsense whenever I had soreness on my
stomach and never had any reaction.  Is S&S stronger than
Frankinsense?  Wouldn't Frankinsense pull out toxins as well? I've
have always thought of Frankinsense to being a more powerful oil than
S&S but I could be wrong.
