Mysti, I'd seriously suggest changing to a meat diet and not feeding any grains. Wheat isn't part of a dog's natural diet either, unless it's pre-digested in green tripe. I've discovered going to local butchers and meat packagers gets me high quality meaty bones, and lots of them, for a great price. 

Candida and grain sensitivity are related, and can occur in dogs just as they can in humans...and for the same reason: we weren't engineered to eat them. (Not my opinion--scientific, researched fact.)
