[Everything doTERRA] Re: Candida in a dog

I second the idea of changing the diet and giving a probiotic, but I
would not give a dog the GX. I go to a vet who is an expert in
essential oils and she recommends against giving a dog oregano. If you
are looking for a good source of nutritional supplements for dogs I
recommend b-naturals.com. If you want a good all around book on
improving your dogs diet, I recommend Raw and Natural Nutrition For
Dogs by Lew Olson. She gives many diet options even if you don't want
to feed raw and has a section with health problems and how to improve
them naturally. I would look it up for you but I just gave my copy of
the book to a friend! The dog might also be allergic to the protein
source of whatever food they are feeding. My dog is allergic to beef
so I give her chicken.

I would consider using an oatmeal shampoo and then making a rinse with
lavender, melaleuca and frankincense. I hope something works for this
poor dog and owner! Karen
