I was reading about Citrus Bliss last night and realised it is an oil
I should be using everyday. A mum of 2 young boys and I have
depression and anxiety issues. So I see how this will be good for me.
What are your suggestions for using it?
And can it be ingested, I see on the bottle there is no supplement
details but I have read on a few places now to add it to water to
drink? Im a bit confused.
