[Everything doTERRA] Re: Peptic ulcer pain

We do not do sugar or gluten grains but did just take out other grains as well. I have been dying to read the wheat belly book and will have to check out the website as well. Thanks so much, Dee, you have been a tremendous help!

Definitely remove ALL grains and processed sugars from your diet, that will make a world of difference. Learn how here: http://www.wheatbellyblog.com/  You'll be inspired.  I did a "stomach ulcer" search on that blog and there are few articles to read here: http://www.wheatbellyblog.com/?s=stomach+ulcer

As to what oils to use, try Balance blend topically and DDR Prime topically.

I was recently diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease. The pain is so severe!! I do not have h pylori, however. I know that is usually what causes this. Mine was caused by overuse of NSAIDS, ibuprofen and whatnot. What can I do to heal and use as pain relief? Someone told me lemon but I cannot have anything acidic for 8 weeks and I am sure the lemon oil would be highly acidic and burn, would it not?
Thank you!
