Thank you for the reminder about this wonderful book. Essentials of the Earth. I have it in my travel bag. And I found what I was looking for this morning. I had been looking for information on Plantar Fasciitis, to make sure I hadn't forgotten any oils. This is the only book that has any suggestions for this issue. If you don't have this book, I would encourage you to purchase it.
