[Everything doTERRA] trouble opening eye upon waking

If you have a lot of eye crust too it is possibly pink eye/conjunctivitis. I used to get it often as a child. A nurse or doctor would know best. Modern Essentials sixth edition recommends melaleuca diffusion or "dilute... and apply 1-2 drops around eyes or to feet, thumbs, ankles, pelvis, base of neck, or reflex points on feet." page 250
