I just used Breathe and Peppermint as needed. I would just inhale both bottles at once and used topically on chest. I am sure there are a ton of protocols available now too. I was having to use my inhaler three to four times a day and after abt a month I rarely needed it. I think doing a cleanse also helped. I did the gx assist cleanse a few months before. I was really toxic and had to do it really slowly. I mostly had to learn from trial and error when I first began. Now I know how to muscle test, have a zyto scanner and have been learning abt The Emotion Code and other energy work. I feel like I have a buffet of resources available to me now and I love it!
